Direct ACH Bank Transfer
-If you want to pay by direct bank transfer you may do so at your Tenant Portal.
-This payment method is FREE to use and is the most quick and efficient way for you to pay your rent! Note that your tenant portal also allows you to view current due bills, create a maintenance ticket, view leasing documents and more.

Cash
-If you want to pay by cash, you may do so by using the PayNearMe option in your Tenant Portal to pay at a local store that supports this payment method. You may also contact us to receive your unique and reusable PaySlip that we can email it to you.
-We DO NOT accept any cash payments directly, no exceptions!

Regardless of what method of payment is used, rent must be *received* by the due date in your lease to avoid a late payment fee.

Please plan for holidays and weekends, these are not exceptions to the late fee policy.
