Direct ACH Bank Transfer
-If you want to pay by direct bank transfer you may do so at your Tenant Portal.
-This payment method is FREE to use and is the most quick and efficient way for you to pay your rent!
Note that your tenant portal also allows you to view current due bills, create a maintenance ticket, view leasing documents and more.

Cash
-If you want to pay by cash, you may do so by using the RentMoney option in your Tenant Portal to pay at a local store that supports this payment method. You can locate a designated payment location by clicking on Search Payment Centers on the payment screen and then enter in a zip code. Note that there is a $3.75 fee to use this service. 
-We DO NOT accept any cash payments directly, no exceptions!

Additional information

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought difficulties and has caused financial strain to many. Throughout this difficult time, KHP Property Management consistently provided resources that we know could be of help to our tenants. In addition, we made it a point not to charge our tenants with late fees since September 2021.

As we now slowly move forward from the impact that the pandemic has brought us, we regret to inform our tenants that we will no longer be waiving late fees starting April 1, 2022 unless the response level that the City mandates reach Level 4 where two or more of the following are true:

  • Average new cases per day are greater than 500.

  • Hospitalizations are greater than 500.

  • Cases have increased by less than 50% in the previous 10 days.

Regardless of what method of payment is used, rent must be *received* by the due date in your lease to avoid a late payment fee.

Please plan for holidays and weekends, these are not exceptions to the late fee policy.
